• Returns

    We do not accept returns on any custom items. All antiques are final sale unless the item is defective or improperly described. If the item is handmade but not custom made for you, we are happy to issue a refund if notified within 48hrs of receiving the item and only after it has been mailed back to us and received. 

    In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we ask that you email hello@blank-supply.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue and images of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange or repair.

  • Shipping

    Blank Supply ships within the United States via USPS and internationally on a case by case basis. Shipping charges will be generated based on customer location and weight of the product. Items purchased will be processed within 3 business days if it is on the website. If it is a custom piece, timing will be communicated to the customer at time of purchase.

    Please note that Blank Supply is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen parcels.

  • Antiques/Vintage

    Due to the nature and age of vintage items, imperfections are to be expected. These objects were hand selected based on these distinctions and the lives they've lived.

    Blank Supply values and respects your privacy. We collect information you provide us in order to better serve you. Your personal information will never be shared or sold for any reason.
